The Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership's free Low Emission Bus workshop is coming to Cardiff, on Thursday 19th July 2018 at the Principality Stadium. Designed for bus operators and local authorities, the free to attend LEB Workshop is a chance to learn about the policy framework and to share operational experience of low carbon and low emission solutions for bus fleets from all around the UK. Topics will cover both new bus models and retrofit operations, including exhaust aftertreatment solutions.

Endorsed by the Department for Transport, the workshop will provide delegates with the national and local policy context for LEBs, including the Welsh Government's Transport Strategy.

Delegates will receive LowCVP publications “A Green Bus for Every Journey” (20 case studies of LCEBs in operation in the UK) and “The Low Emission Bus Guide” (accredited Low Emission Bus models and fuels eligible for DfT grant support).

Scania's double deck gas bus will be on display at the event with a presentation from Reading Buses's John Bickerton on the benfits of gas buses.
